The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 20,          
2000, calendar (page 3365), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 311(JUD)                                                
"An Act eliminating a requirement that a social security number               
be provided by an applicant for a hunting or sport fishing license             
or tag; and providing for an effective date."                                  
                                                                               
Representative Green declared a conflict of interest.
