Full Journal pdf2000-04-21 House Journal Page 3415 HB 311 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 20, 2000, calendar (page 3365), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 311(JUD) "An Act eliminating a requirement that a social security number be provided by an applicant for a hunting or sport fishing license or tag; and providing for an effective date." Representative Green declared a conflict of interest. The question being: "Shall CSHB 311(JUD) pass the House?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHB 311(JUD).
